Gire launched operations in Oslo, Norway in September 2019 with only one customer, a handful of drivers and a super simple spreadsheet solution - all set up to solve a real and tangible problem; how to transport a car from A to B without having to drive it yourself. Now, 5 + years later and with over 120 000 cars moved, we are still working on solving the exact same basic problem. The scale and complexity of what we do has changed dramatically, but through systematic work and having a user/customers-first mentality, we are able to do it with the same amount of man-hours. Did somebody say "scalable" - yes, it must be so to facilitate operations in 4 different markets, serving over 500 different customers and cooperating with over 700 drivers.
